Warranty


WARRANTY TERMS FOR PRODUCTS WITHOUT WARRANTY CARD (KEYBOARDS, CHAIRS, MICE, MOUSEPADS, HEADPHONES, MICROPHONES, ETC.):

  • The warranty applies to SPC Gear products and is executed only on territory of Republic of Poland by Cooling.pl, the owning entity of the brand.
  • We handle only the complaints present in our IT system – the products sent to us prior to submitting a correct warranty claim will be rejected.
  • All the SilentiumPC products are covered by a 24-month warranty.
  • The warranty is valid only with a proof of purchase needed to check if the warranty period has expired – without such a document, the warranty claim is invalid.
  • Defects detected during the warranty period will be removed free of charge in the shortest time possible – usually in up to 3 working days and in no longer than 14 days.
  • The product needs to be shipped to the RMA center. Before shipping, the product needs to be securely packaged to lower the risk of damage that may occur during transport and the package has to be marked properly with an RMA number written on top.
  • COD (Cash On Delivery) packages are automatically rejected.
  • The warranty covers the defects already present on the device at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by external influences such as (but not limited to): mechanical damage, atmospheric conditions, dirt, flooding, etc.
  • In the event of any unauthorized repairs or structural modifications of the product, the warranty is void.
  • The warranty does not exclude, limit nor suspend the purchaser’s rights resulting from the non-compliance of the goods with the contract (Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 May 1999).

WARRANTY TERMS FOR PRODUCTS WITH WARRANTY CARD:

  • The warranty applies to SilentiumPC products and is executed only on territory of Republic of Poland by Cooling.pl, the owning entity of the brand.

  • The warranty period is specified on the warranty card.
  • If the warranty card informs about the possibility of extending the warranty period, it should be done within 30 days of purchase; only the consumer may extend the warranty.
  • When determining the period of the warranty, a proof of purchase is required. Without such a document, the start of the warranty period is the date of production + 3 months.
  • Defects detected during the warranty period will be removed free of charge in the shortest time possible – usually in up to 3 working days and in no longer than 14 days.
